I couldn't find the meaning in any dictionary.However, guessing from these meanings...
Poly-; many,a number of
Mono-; one, single
chronic; continuing, long-lasting, unending
Polychronically; changing constantly, having many choices at all time
Monochronically; keep one choice or decision, never change
I am not sure about the meanings above, but I think so. And, I think the best way to solve is ask to our teacher.lol
